A note about burgers

Tonight we decided on hamburgers. They turned out great! I used a T. of chives (probably a little more, I eyeballed it), a T. of Ground Cumin, and a sprinkling of Montreal Grill Seasoning. Sooo good!

Next time I'll use a little less Cumin. It wasn't overpowering, but too much and you could easily add too much and make the other spices and flavors undetectable.

These burgers with a little A-1 and a toasted bun....YUM.
