Menu for the Week: March 7th--13th, 2010

Sunday: Leftovers
Monday: Gaelic Steak & Crushed Potatoes
Tuesday: Cider Braised Chicken & Cabbage
Wednesday: Italian Meatballs
Thursday: Taco Casserole
Friday: Panko & Parmesan Tilapia with jasmine rice
Saturday: Chicken & potatoes braised in wine

And for dessert? Jameson Irish Whiskey Cake! I'm big on desserts. I made Black & Tan brownies last year, and I'm hoping this cake is just as delicious.
